End-to-End Automated Production Lines

Raw Steel Coils & Slitting
We source prime cold-rolled steel coils directly from tier-one steel mills. Chemical composition and tensile yield strength are verified for every batch before coil slitting begins.
Continuous Roll Forming
Our 16 continuous cold-roll forming mills produce racking uprights, box beams, step beams, and diagonal bracing with clean pitch alignment and tight dimensional accuracy.
Robotic Punching & Welding
Automatic CNC punching heads create teardrop, diamond, or omega pitch patterns. Robotic welding arms fuse beam connectors and base plates for maximum structural stability.
Shot Blasting & Pre-Treatment
Before painting, all components undergo automatic steel shot blasting and multi-stage chemical washing to remove scale and oil, ensuring strong coating adhesion.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
Components pass through an automated 120-meter powder coating line using durable epoxy-polyester thermosetting powder, achieving a smooth 60–80μm protective surface.
Export Packaging & Strapping
Finished upright columns and beams are bundled with protective corner guards, steel strapping, and plastic wrapping to prevent damage during overseas ocean freight.
