IronMax Storage Solutions Co., Ltd. engineers, manufactures and supports complete storage systems for distribution centers, cold stores, factories and retail chains. From a single aisle of selective racking to multi-level mezzanines and radio shuttle blocks, every project starts with your pallet data, building height and handling equipment — not a catalogue guess.
Our production base in Shandong, China covers roll forming, welding, pre-treatment and powder coating in-house, so importers, distributors and EPC contractors receive consistent quality, traceable batches and export-ready packing.
Choose by storage density, SKU count and handling equipment. Every system can be customized in height, depth, beam span, load and finish.

Specifications, accessories and application photos for every product line.
All ProductsWe are a storage equipment manufacturer focused on the design, fabrication and installation of racking systems, supported by logistics system planning for warehouses of every scale. Our range covers adjustable pallet racking, drive-in racking, cantilever racking, mezzanine floors, metal pallet boxes and warehouse steel pallets.
Overseas buyers need more than a low unit price. They need predictable load performance, clean documentation and parts that fit on site the first time.
Layouts are calculated from pallet dimensions, unit load, clear height, forklift lift height and aisle width, then issued as drawings for your approval.
Cold-rolled steel uprights and beams are roll formed, welded and coated under one roof, keeping tolerances and lead times under our control.
Incoming steel inspection, dimensional checks, weld inspection and coating thickness tests are recorded before every shipment.
Components are bundled, labeled by bay and loaded to protect coatings, with a packing list that matches your installation drawings.
Drawing, pallet size & weight, SKU count, forklift type.
System recommendation, 2D/3D layout and bill of materials.
Manufacturing, inspection records and pre-shipment photos.
Export packing, manuals and installation guidance.
A quick engineering comparison our team uses in early project consultations. The right answer depends on SKU variety, pallets per SKU and required stock rotation.
| System | Storage Density | Pallet Selectivity | Stock Flow | Best Suited For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Selective Pallet Racking | Standard | 100% | Any | High SKU count, frequent picking, general distribution |
| Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) | Medium–High | 100% | Any | Tall buildings with guided VNA trucks, many SKUs |
| Push Back Racking | Medium–High | Per lane | LIFO | Medium SKU count, 2–5 pallets per SKU |
| Drive In Racking | High | Low | LIFO | Cold storage, homogeneous bulk goods, seasonal stock |
| Radio Shuttle Racking | Very High | Per lane | FIFO / LIFO | Food & beverage, freezers, high-throughput deep lanes |
| Cantilever Racking | Medium | High | Any | Long or irregular loads: pipe, steel bar, timber, panels |
| Mezzanine Rack | Uses height | High | Any | Small-parts picking, e-commerce, spare parts stores |
Density and selectivity are relative indicators for comparison only. Final performance is confirmed after layout calculation for your building and equipment.
Proven configurations that ship regularly to warehouses, factories and retail projects overseas.

Nice quality of warehouse racking, hope to cooperate again!— Belle, Warehouse Racking Buyer
Specify galvanized drive-in or radio shuttle racking and confirm the operating temperature so steel grade and fixings suit sub-zero conditions.
Combine selective racking for reserve pallets with a mezzanine pick module above to double pick faces without extending the building.
For pipes and profiles, size cantilever arm length to the load depth and keep arm spacing close enough to prevent product deflection.
Send your warehouse drawing and pallet data. Our engineers will recommend the right system and prepare a layout proposal for your review.
Practical guidance and project knowledge to help you plan safer, denser and more efficient warehouses.

A breakdown of selective, high-density and specialty racking, grouped by how they balance access and storage capacity.

Start with product flow: load size and weight, SKU count, pallets per SKU and whether you need FIFO or LIFO rotation.

Where steel outperforms wood and plastic: heavy, bulky loads, high racking positions and hygiene-sensitive operations.

Why there is no single “best” racking type, and how inventory profile and building constraints shaped this project.
Straight answers from our engineering and export team.
Standard selective pallet racking is supplied from 500 kg to 4,000 kg per beam level, and push back systems up to 5,000 kg per level. Final capacity is confirmed by our engineers based on upright height, beam span, pallet size and local seismic or safety requirements.
Epoxy powder coating suits dry indoor warehouses and allows custom colors. Galvanized finishes are recommended for cold storage, high-humidity, coastal or semi-outdoor environments where corrosion resistance is critical.
Yes. Send your CAD drawing or building dimensions, clear height, pallet size and weight, forklift type and lift height to [email protected]. Our engineering team returns a layout proposal with load calculations and a component list.
Every order ships with installation drawings and manuals. Remote video guidance is available, and on-site installation supervision can be arranged for larger projects.
Cold rooms are expensive per cubic meter, so high-density systems such as drive-in racking or radio shuttle racking are usually preferred. Radio shuttle racking also reduces forklift travel inside the freezer and supports FIFO or LIFO flow.
Uprights and beams are bundled with steel strapping and protective wrapping, small parts are packed in cartons, and container loading is planned to protect coatings and maximize container space.
